Delivery

We ship to the UK only. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number. We are proud to work with UPS and Parcelforce to ensure your purchase reaches you safely. 

Delivery costs:

• Violins - £15
• Violas - £20
• Cellos - £40

^ all to be delivered within 5-7 working days.

Quotes available for postage of multiple items.

All major credit cards and paypal accepted. 

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return it in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Unless there is a fault with the product, return shipping costs are for the returning party. Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number.
